Membership Applications

Springfield Neighborhood Watch requires a completed application for every member. There is no fee or cost for membership.  There are two (2) types of NW Applications.  1) Coordinator Application:  Each group must have at least one Coordinator to act as watch group leader, a background check is required. 2) General Membership Application:  Background checks are not required.  Please read NW policies and procedures.

Please complete the appropriate application and return by email or US mail to 230 Fourth St, Springfield Oregon, 97477. 

• Application instructions: 1) Download the appropriate application.  2) If necessary, enable editing. 3) Fill out the form. 4) Save the file with a new name (your name is best). 5) Last email your application to SpringfieldNW.org@gmail.com
