Benefits of Neighborhood Watch Groups
Our History
Springfield Neighborhood Watch & Business Watch helps educate the community by providing free information on how to prevent and report crime, helps you in starting a watch group in your neighborhood.
We also facilitate friendships between neighbors so they watch out for each other and the neighborhood to help deter crime.
We can assist your group in putting out new and replacing old Neighborhood Watch signage.
Springfield Neighborhood Watch is a partnership between communities and law enforcement for safer neighborhoods.
General meetings every 3rd Wed at 6:00 PM.

Established 1983
Springfield Neighborhood Watch is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and is lead by a board of elected officers,
in partnership with Springfield Police Department.
Communities that have active watch programs across the nation have shown decreased opportunities for criminals to commit crime in neighborhoods.

Home Security Tips:
Make your house numbers easy to see.
Leave porch lights on at night.
Keep shrubbery & trees
trimmed to prevent hiding places.
Keep windows, doors and gates locked.
NW can provide home security inspections upon request.
